Shyamal B Trivedi has played a role in the Shailja Infotech as a Executive Director - Technical since it’s inception in 2008 and started to create websites for their customer base. Shyamal is admittedly the least technical member of the Shailja Infotech team. But, this allows him to be able to explain web concepts to customers in a straightforward way, allowing customers to focus on what they need, not how it will be built.

Shyamal is extremely lucky to work with such a talented and dedicated web team (that is patient in explaining the technical details) and truly enjoys being in a workplace where he continues to learn something new every day.

Rakesh B Patel has been working in marketing for over four years, building a wide range of skills in B2B and non-profit communications, sales acceleration strategies, and customer retention tactics. He has successfully managed complex, fast-moving campaigns.

Rakesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Gujarat. His career has focused on delivering measurable results for his employers and clients in the way of greater sales, revenue growth, product success and customer loyalty.
